The Flying Hamster: Mercoledì sul PSN

Il titolo di debutto di Game Atelier è ormai pronto per essere lanciato. Stiamo parlando di The Flying Hamster, che arriverà domani sul PlayStation Network europeo.
Il gioco in questione fa parte della categoria Minis, quindi sarà giocabile sia su PlayStation 3 che su PSP, e potrà essere scaricato a una cifra davvero conveniente (6,99 euro).
Di cosa si tratta? Di uno sparatutto a scorrimento orizzontale completamente fuori di testa, che vedrà il giocatore vestire i panni di un fantastico criceto volante. Per farvi un’idea su questa follia, godetevi i video dopo il salto.

Bentley Continental GTC 80-11 e Bentley Continental GTC Speed 80-11

Dopo Arabia, versione speciale di Bentley Continental Flying Spur, destinata al solo mercato mediorientale, il costruttore britannico, se preferite, fabbricante di autovetture oniriche, ha realizzato (o meglio, annunciato) una nuova edizione limitata. Che, in realtà, prende i natali dalla cabriolet Bentley Continental GTC. Non vi scomodate: sarà destinata al solo mercato nordamericano. Le vetture sfornate si chiamano Bentley Continental GTC 80-11 e Bentley Continental GTC Speed 80-11.

Bentley, da Crewe, in Gran Bretagna, passando per Wolfsburg, quartier generale del Gruppo Volkswagen, di cui il marchio britannico fa parte, finisce a far la corte al Medio Oriente. Lo fa con due versioni speciali, dedicate soltanto ai facoltosi acquirenti del luogo, in ossequio ad un modello di mercato che ama far moine a questo piuttosto che a quel bacino più economicamente rilevante: si dicono Bentley Continental Flying Spur Arabia e Bentley Continental Flying Spur Speed Arabia e verranno realizzate, come anzidetto, per la sola economia mediorientale, in una produzione limitata di cinquanta esemplari.

It may not have the same charm as the Flying Pasties, but Takara Tomy‘s Neckphones definitely have the “it” factor. Perfect for lounging in a nearby water hole (or watering hole, we suppose), this blow-up neck pillow has a pair of stereo speakers strategically placed near your ear canals, and there’s even a pouch that we’d never, ever trust to keep your PMP safe from the liquids below. We suppose you could also take this on a plane, but don’t bring your grumbles over here when the gals in 16A and 18B take issue with you blasting Now That’s What I Call Music! Volume 11 for the entire coach cabin to hear. We’re guessing you’d need to contact an importer to pick one of these up outside of Japan, but you’ll have to let go of at least ¥1,800 ($21). We’re surmising the hit in respect will be far more detrimental than the MSRP, though.

Pirates of the Burning Sea: Power & Prestige uscirà il 24 Agosto

Flying Lab Software e SOE hanno annunciato la data ufficiale di uscita per Pirates of the Burning Sea: Power & Prestige, prima espansione del mmorpg piratesco.
L’espansione sarà rilasciata il 24 Agosto e porterà con sè novità come un nuovo career reward exchange shop, junk buyer exchange shop e l’introduzione delle preferenze lato client per l’auto-facing nei combattimenti tra Avatar, oltre alle novità già annunciate.
