This was another one of the daytrips that I had planned that had somehow been placed on the backburner. Indeed, yesterday night I was debating whether or not I should even bother to go. But I am surely glad that I said yes, that I got up at 7 am this morning to take the metro to Espanya station and then take the R5 train to Montserrat…

For now, all I have to saw was that the hiking was incredible, exhilarating, a bit treacherous because there was some ice and I was hardly sporting hiking shoes, and was definitely the most exercise I’ve gotten in a while…
